The charity that our membership voted to support at our July meeting is Brandon’s Place presented by member Karen Forbes. Brandon’s Place is a non-profit organization created for families who lives have been touched by autism, and provides recreational programs for individuals with autism in a warm and safe environment. Their approach at Brandon’s Place is to provide this environment where individuals with autism can enjoy direct services and programming that will help build self esteem and confidence. Their vision is to touch the lives of parents globally, ensuring they receive all of the benefits necessary to improve the lives of their loved ones living with autism. We donated $12,500 plus matching charitable contributions for Brandon’s Place.
