We celebrated our FIVE YEAR anniversary at our July meeting and also met a major milestone of $250,000 in charitable donations for local Cleveland charities! We also hosted our annual Member-Guest night and welcomed many new members to our group! At the meeting the membership voted to support Hands On North East Ohio presented by a founding 100+ WWC member, Terri Postel. Established in 2007, Hands On Northeast Ohio makes volunteering easy through volunteer-led projects that build volunteer capacity for local organizations. Their mission is to engage individuals and organizations in volunteer opportunities that meet community need and strengthen community involvement. Our donation of $13,440 (+ matching contributions) will help them support their mission. Please check out their website to learn about volunteer opportunities in our own backyard!
